ReplyDeletehave to re-assign some of Federal prosecutors. Re-assign Federal Prosecutors in Maryland and New York. Homosexuality is a crime because it is not defended anywhere in our constitution. It is originally a property given very definite dissolution on very old male to male relationship or female to female relationship. We assume 'in other words' that a definition within the church which can skipped as a stand of our constituted right to happiness and liberty. If we constitute marriage as man and wife it is within definition a question of church property of civil union. If we delegate marriage of the church we will gay as a moral issue defined by first intellect as valid judgment distributed differently where fact from from law or law from fact is not defended by any constitution as ultimately a matter of self preservation which from law is root of original intent. Removed to what is constitutional I think morality is not from church that it is common experience that it is crime and punishment that is penal code because we have it as 'self evidence' that homosexuality is not defended by our constitution
